By enrolling in The Pinkprint Collective (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.
The Pinkprint Collective is committed to providing all participants with a respectful and supportive environment. By participating in the Program, you agree to engage in a manner that promotes a positive community experience.
The Pinkprint Collective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program, including access to live sessions, recordings, social communities, or digital materials, without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:
• You become disruptive, abusive, or difficult to work with
• You fail to follow Program guidelines or community standards
• Your behavior negatively impacts the learning experience of instructors or other participants
Termination for these reasons will not entitle the participant to a refund.
We respect your privacy and require all Program participants to respect the privacy of others.
By participating in the Program, you agree:
• Not to infringe upon any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or intellectual property rights
• That any confidential information shared by participants or representatives of the Company is private and proprietary
• Not to disclose confidential information outside of Program discussions
• That all materials provided by The Pinkprint Collective are proprietary intellectual property and may only be used as authorized by the Company
Program materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, recorded, shared, or otherwise distributed without express written consent from The Pinkprint Collective.
Participants may share their own personal experiences and results but must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the experiences and statements of other participants.
Participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
The educational content provided in this Program is intended for general informational and educational purposes.
The Pinkprint Collective does not guarantee that the information provided will apply to every individual circumstance.
All program materials, teaching aids, resources, and educational content are provided solely for personal use within the Program.
Participants may not:
• Republish
• Share
• Teach
• Distribute
• Sell
• Record
Any Program content without written permission from The Pinkprint Collective.
Participants assume full responsibility for how they apply the information shared within the Program.
The Program may offer a conditional guarantee as described at the time of enrollment.
If a guarantee is offered, the participant must meet all program participation requirements in order to qualify.
Requirements may include but are not limited to:
• Completing assigned program work
• Attending scheduled sessions
• Actively participating in program activities
Failure to meet the required participation criteria will result in disqualification from any guarantee.
The Pinkprint Collective reserves the right to request reasonable proof of participation before honoring a guarantee.
The Program is structured as a 90-day experience that includes coaching, accountability, and access to a private community.
The Program fee may be paid through one of the following options:
• Pay in Full
• Payment Plan
• Buy Now Pay Later (if available)
Pricing and payment options are listed on the Program checkout page during enrollment.
By enrolling, you agree that:
• All payments are due according to the selected payment plan
• Payments will continue until the balance is fully paid
• No pauses or suspensions will be granted once enrollment is complete unless approved at the sole discretion of The Pinkprint Collective
Changes in personal circumstances, business direction, or program participation do not cancel payment obligations.
If the Program includes a recurring membership component, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file unless updated by the participant.
Participants may cancel their renewal at any time through the designated cancellation process before the next billing cycle.
Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will result in automatic renewal under the same terms.
The Pinkprint Collective may offer third-party financing options such as Affirm, Klarna, or other financing partners.
By selecting a financing option, you acknowledge the following:
• Any financing agreement is strictly between you and the financing provider
• The Pinkprint Collective is not responsible for financing approvals, payment terms, interest rates, or financing policies
• Participants remain responsible for all payment obligations established by the financing provider
• Any disputes related to financing must be resolved directly with the financing provider
Financing approval does not change the Program’s refund or cancellation policy.
The Pinkprint Collective makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation in the Program.
Individual success depends on multiple factors including effort, personal circumstances, skills, and external conditions beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pinkprint Collective shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of business or income
Arising from participation in the Program.
The Pinkprint Collective shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill Program obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Pandemics
• Internet or technology disruptions
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Labor disputes
The information provided within the Program is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained within the Program should be interpreted as legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making decisions related to legal, financial, medical, or business matters.
The Pinkprint Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the Program website. Continued participation in the Program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
